About the site

ROSTERA is a free, independent information website about competitive Fortnite: stats, tournaments, the pro scene and tools. The site is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Epic Games, Inc. The site is operated by Rostera (Germany).

Agreement

By using the site you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Account

  • An account is created by signing in with Epic Games. You are responsible for the security of your Epic account.
  • You can delete your account at any time on the Account page.
  • We may restrict or delete an account used in breach of these terms or the law.

What you must not do

  • break the law or the rights of others;
  • try to hack the site, bypass its protection or overload the server;
  • bulk-download data with programs without our written permission;
  • impersonate another person or the site team.

Accuracy of data

Stats and results come from official and open sources and update automatically. We aim to show them accurately but cannot guarantee they are complete or error-free. Official tournament results are published by the organizers. Found a mistake? Let us know.

Rights to content

  • Fortnite, Epic Games and related marks and materials belong to Epic Games, Inc. and are used for information purposes.
  • Texts from open encyclopedias are distributed under CC BY-SA; the source is shown next to the text.
  • The design, code and original content of the site belong to the operator and may not be copied to another site without permission.

Advertising

The site may show ads. They are always labeled. Advertisers are responsible for their products and services.

Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages from using or being unable to use the site. Consumer rights that cannot be limited under the law of your country remain fully in effect.

Changes

We may change the site and these terms. A new version applies from the date shown at the top of the page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the operator's country (Germany), unless the law of the country where you live gives you stronger protection. We will first try to resolve any dispute by email: rosterahub@gmail.com.
